:: PERSONALITY ::
Tory can be quite friendly but it requires a very careful approach from the other person. She's somewhat standoffish but overall she likes to have a good time as somewhat of a party animal. For the people who do break through her barriers, she will do absolutely anything. She hates to see those close to her upset and there will be blood if she finds out who upset them.
Tory is a girl with an incredibly short fuse. One wrong move and the petite girl will be throwing punches. Standing at a height of only 4'10", she makes up for it in spunk. The best way to describe her would probably be scrappy. She has lived the life of normal teen until this point, deceiving her parents and sneaking out of the house. Though surprisingly enough she's quite selective of the boys she hangs out with and makes her intentions incredibly clear with them.
She tends to play it fast and loose when it comes to the rules. She's never been too clear on the difference between right and wrong when it comes to things like vandalism vs. art. It might actually be that she just doesn't care, and uses the grey areas as an excuse.
Tory has hope for the future of human/mutant relations because of her mother, though the people who have similar views as her father make her nervous that there will never be a peaceful time between the two. She tends to believe that although they might gain 'equal rights', as it were, there will always be those who hate them.

:: MUTATION ::
- :: Mirror Manipulation ::
Tory has the ability to create a mirror copy of a house in a separate dimension, using actual mirrors as the gateway. This allows her to travel to any room of a building and pop out through any of the mirrors. Tory is the only person who can use the mirrors as portals unless she walks through in physical contact with the person she's taking through. Though she can walk through mirrors and stay there to avoid any imminent danger, Tory can be seen clearly through them.- :: Carbon Copies ::
as an addition to this, Tory can also produce copies of herself, provided there is a mirror handy. At one per mirror, this isn't incredibly useful to her unless she's fighting in a place that has several mirrors readily available. She can get up to 3 copies comfortably, and can do up to 5 though it strains her. Each of these copies can act independent of Tory, though she is psychically linked to them. The copies are exact copies of herself, sans powers. When she pulls her reflection from a mirror, she will be unable to see her reflection in that mirror until the clone is 'returned'. If Tory wills it or is knocked unconscious, the copies disappear.
"Living from day to day, moving from place to place, with no memory of who or what you are."
:: History ::
Victory was born in Moscow to a typically strict family. Her mother was actually English and had met her father on a scholastic trip into the capital city, deciding shortly after to stay in Russia and start a family. Victory and her siblings were pressured to have good grades and do well in everything that they did, perhaps a little bit too much.
Tory tended to lean towards the more undesirable people in her age group, wanting more to have fun than anything else. On more than one occasion she was returned home by officials for unruly behaviour. She was often caught spray painting because she couldn't keep it to simple, quick pictures or tags, instead always going for the full murals.
Out of all of her siblings, Tory presented the biggest challenge to her parents.
Tory's curiosity and fascination with mirrors left her often studying any and all superstitions and myths surrounding them and with several full length ones randomly appearing around her house. Her parents were a little bit confused by this but dismissed it.
While trying on some clothes in a store the one day, there were several of her peers from her school that had noticed her and who were particularly rude to her on a regular basis. On walking past her, they shoved her into the mirror she was looking in. Realizing that she hadn't simply hit the mirror, instead she had phased through it, they stopped and watched as she got up and walked back out of the mirror. Tory, not having known about her mutation prior to this, was also incredibly confused and was shocked as they started to rough her up.
Normally, Tory would have been able to protect herself from these goons but today she was shocked and unable to think straight. Luckily for her, a fellow mutant happened to catch the incident and escorted her home to talk to her parents.
After several hours of conversation, and the realization that her father would not be incredibly supportive, and indeed only restrained himself out of love for her mother. Tory knew that look, she knew what would usually come after, but instead he uttered some choice words and told her she would no longer be welcome in their home. Her new-found comrade consoled her mother a little bit, explaining that a friend of his had informed him of this school for their kind re-opening in New York.
Her mother footed the cost to send her to America, wishing her well and sending her off with tears in her eyes. Victory is just arriving on the scene, frustrated and feeling abandon.

It took Tory a moment for her eyes to adjust, and also her brain to switch gears. Covert mission, Victory Allaine! This was a time for stealth, not to throw herself at Piotr like a total tramp. That's not what she was and she hoped he understood how special he was. Regardless, the task at hand was a difficult one.
They approached the gate and looked in like a couple of small children for a moment. Tory couldn't believe how huge this place looked, even just peering in through the gate. Victory stepped back for a moment, having heard but not really acknowledged what Piotr had said pretty much the entire time. She was thinking. She was very short and that made this kind of wall very difficult for her. Just from the sheer height of the wall, Tory knew it was hopeless but she figured she'd try anyway. Tory positioned herself in front of the concrete, looked for just a moment and ran. As she approached the wall, she leaped and planted her foot flat against it, pushing herself up and trying to get the most height she possibly could. She did a great job, considering how tiny she was, but that wall was well over twice her height and she still came up short. She landed heavily on the ground, bending her knees to absorb the impact. It was clear she had at least some idea of what she was doing.
"Figured it was worth shot," she said quietly with a coy smile. She spied the headlights and wondered if she would have the time to execute a better plan. She was a stubborn girl who liked to do things on her own but she could admit defeat and ask for help. Or... just force Piotr into helping her.
Tory took his hand and pulled him over to the wall, looking up at him with a very flirtatiously innocent expression. She was all but batting her eyelashes at him. "Piotr I need boost. May I borrow your shoulders?"
She wasn't one to fully admit defeat and she definitely didn't want to take more help than she needed, so she coerced him into kneeling long enough for her to get up on his shoulders (from behind because, let's face it, he was about to get a very gratuitous, up-skirt view) and then approach the wall so she could get a hold of the top and pull herself up, which she did with relative ease. Victory was surprisingly strong. Of course, in the process her behind was totally on display, her tiny undies clearly visible. If she had known this was what they were going to be doing, she wouldn't have dressed this way.
Standing on top of the wall, she spotted an easy way down on the other side. Thank God for vending machines. She smiled at Piotr, assuming that he would be able to get in on his own and dropped down as quietly as possible, in the end landing in front of the vending machine. She pulled her wallet out of her sweater pocket and buying two sodas as Piotr made his own way over.
